Trystan Loucado had the honor of studying ballet under the tutelage of Ahita Ardalan.  After attending The Boston Ballet's Summer Dance Program on scholarship in 2006, he joined Nevada Ballet Theater for the 2007-08 season.  While in Las Vegas, he performed with Cirque du Soleil, as well as learning many well-known ballets such as Twyla Tharp's Nine Sinatra Songs, George Balanchine's Rubies and Who Cares?, and James Canfield's Equinox.  Trystan then joined San Diego Ballet from 2009 to 2011, where he danced many Principal and soloist roles in ballets such as The Firebird, Romeo and Juliet, Grande pas Classique, and The Nutcracker.

Currently he is a company member with San Diego Dance Theater where he has had many works created on him by Jean Isaacs, and recently performed the principal role in Robert Cohan's Forest.  Trystan is looking forward to his first season with City Ballet of San Diego.
